For The Earth
Ashforth Pacific, Inc. wants to remind everyone of our strong commitment to encouraging recycling. Within our portfolio Ashforth tenants are given the opportunity (and are encouraged) to recycle the following items: paper, cardboard, batteries, pop cans, plastic bottles, glass, metal and packaging “peanuts”. Additionally within our properties, we are recycling building materials such as fluorescent lights and wood pallets.

Computer equipment (including monitors) is one item we are not able to provide regular recycling of for our tenants. However, we have found where you can go to refurnish them locally. RE·PC offers computer recycling by putting them back into the market, rather than putting them into our landfills. Arrangements can be made through 1565 Sixth Avenue South , Seattle , WA 98134 , or by calling 206.623.9151. RE·PC may charge a nominal fee, depending on the item or quantity of items in questions. Further information is available by visiting their web site at http://www.repc.com.

Thank you for joining our continued efforts at recycling as much as possible. If you have any questions regarding whether an item is recyclable, please call Property Management at 206.223.9452.

BOMA Awards
Ashforth Pacific is pleased to announce the company has been honored with Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Awards. Click here to see what awards the company has earned.
