Orrick Building Attains Prestigious “Earth Award”

Pacific, Inc. announced that its owned and managed The
Orrick Building has been honored with the prestigious
Earth Award by the Building Owner and Managers Association
of San Francisco (BOMA). The award was given in the medium
category for buildings 300,000 square feet to 600,000

Ashforth Pacific, Inc. wants to remind everyone of our strong
commitment to encouraging recycling. Within our portfolio Ashforth
tenants are given the opportunity (and are encouraged) to recycle
the following items: paper, cardboard, batteries, pop cans,
plastic bottles, glass, metal and packaging “peanuts”.
Additionally within our properties, we are recycling building
materials such as fluorescent lights and wood pallets.
